Shanghai Luyue Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "our", or "the Company"), operator of the Serease application portfolio, respects your personal privacy. We engineer applications that prioritize local computation, zero-knowledge architecture, and minimal data permissions.

2. Information Collection and Use

Our applications (including CharmLingo, SagaTalk, LoreTalk, ZeroPass, and RefCharge) operate primarily offline or with strictly local state storage:

• No Personal Identity Tracking: We do not collect names, phone numbers, or physical addresses without your explicit consent.
• No Sensitive Data Brokerage: We do not sell, rent, or trade your usage data to third-party ad networks or data brokers.
• Crash & Performance Diagnostics: Optional crash reports (via standard Google Play services) may collect anonymized system diagnostics to resolve software defects.
• Local Learning Progress: Educational progress, bookmarks, and settings are stored exclusively in your device's local app storage.

3. Children's Privacy

Our educational and utility applications comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

4. Security of Data

Where cryptographic keys are used (e.g., in ZeroPass), all encryption occurs client-side using industry-standard AES-256-GCM and Argon2id key derivation. Decryption keys never leave your device, and we maintain zero servers capable of decrypting user vaults.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Because our apps do not require remote accounts, you can delete 100% of your stored data by uninstalling the application or using Android's "Clear App Data" setting. If you have contacted our support desk via email and wish your ticket history to be purged, email us with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

6. Third-Party Services

Applications distributed via Google Play may transmit anonymized install/referral metadata processed by Google LLC under their own privacy policy. We do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs beyond what is required for app distribution and stability.

7. International Users

Our applications are distributed globally. Where required, we comply with the GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and other applicable data protection frameworks.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective date" above and, where applicable, in-app notices.
